Mirfield Club recencty hosted the 'Group Study Exchange' (GSE) team from Nepal. The club stepped in at the last minute to help District Governor John with a program of events afetr the original host club pulled out. The team enjoyed visits to the Royal Armories, the Wakefield Sculpture Park an shopping in Leeds. They also took part in Study visits to local businesses within the Mirfield / Leeds area. A more friendy group of people you could not wish to meet and I am sure our Rotarians have made some friends for life. Many thanks to all those who helped out, but especcially to Adrian for organising the program for their visit. |
